PREP INSTRUCTIONS

Add 1/3 cup water to 1 cup Sour Cream Powder and mix thoroughly.  Use more or less water to reach desired consistency.

Fresh Equivalent

1 cup powder = about 1 cup sour cream

TIPS AND MORE

Sour Cream Powder does not reconstitute into the same consistency as fresh sour cream and does not have such a strong flavor, so it's best for making into dips or using in baking.
