PREP INSTRUCTIONS

Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil.  Turn heat to low and add 1 cup Potato Beads.  Stir well but don't overmix.  Let stand 5 minutes and stir before serving.  For more flavor, add 1 1/2 tbsp Instant Milk, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp white pepper.
